你們要當心，要警醒, 要禱告；因為你們不知道那時刻是什麼時候。

Mag-ingat kayo at maging handa dahil hindi ninyo alam kung kailan ito mangyayari.

If he comes suddenly, do not let him find you sleeping. What I say to you, I say to everyone: ‘Watch!’

 免得他忽然回來，看見你們在睡覺。  我對你們說的，
也對所有的人說：你們要警醒！」

Baka siya’y biglang dumating at maratnan kayong natutulog. Ang sinasabi ko sa inyo’y sinasabi ko sa lahat. Maging handa kayo!

要警醒禱告，免得陷入試探。你們心靈雖然願意，肉體卻是軟弱的。

Magbantay kayo at manalangin upang huwag kayong madaig ng tukso. Ang espiritu’y nakahanda ngunit ang laman ay mahina.
