Psalm 9:9-10
The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.  Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you.

耶 和 華 又 要 給 受 欺 壓 的 人 作 高 臺 ， 在 患 難 的 時 候 作 高 臺 。10 耶 和 華 啊 ， 認 識 你 名 的 人 要 倚 靠 你 ， 因 你 沒 有 離 棄 尋 求 你 的 人 。

Si Yahweh ang takbuhan ng mga pinahihirapan,
    matibay na kanlungan sa oras ng kaguluhan.
10 Nananalig sa iyo, Yahweh, ang kumikilala sa iyong pangalan,
    dahil wala pang lumapit sa iyo na iyong tinanggihan.

Psalm 91:1-2

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.”

住 在 至 高 者 隱 密 處 的 ， 必 住 在 全 能 者 的 蔭 下 。

我 要 論 到 耶 和 華 說 ： 他 是 我 的 避 難 所 ， 是 我 的 山 寨 ， 是 我 的 神 ， 是 我 所 倚 靠 的 。

Siyang naninirahan sa tirahan ng Kataas-taasan,
    ay mananatili sa lilim ng Makapangyarihan,
2 sasabihin ko sa Panginoon, “Aking muog at aking kanlungan,
    aking Diyos na siya kong pinagtitiwalaan.”

Psalm 118:8-9

It is better to take refuge in the Lord

Than to trust in man.

It is better to take refuge in the Lord

Than to trust in princes.

 投 靠 耶 和 華 ， 強 似 倚 賴 人 ；

 投 靠 耶 和 華 ， 強 似 倚 賴 王 子 。

Higit na mabuti na doon kay Yahweh magtiwala ako, kaysa panaligan yaong mga tao. Higit na mabuting ang pagtitiwala’y kay Yahweh ibigay, kaysa pamunuan ang ating asahan.

Psalm 18:30

As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is flawless. He is a shield for all who take refuge in him.

 至 於 神 ， 他 的 道 是 完 全 的 ； 耶 和 華 的 話 是 煉 淨 的 。 凡 投 靠 他 的 ， 他 便 作 他 們 的 盾 牌 。

Ang Diyos na ito ay sakdal ang gawa, at maaasahan ang kanyang salita! Siya ay kalasag ng mga umaasa, at ng naghahanap ng kanyang kalinga.

耶 和 華 本 為 善 ， 在 患 難 的 日 子 為 人 的 保 障 ， 並 且 認 得 那 些 投 靠 他 的 人 。

Si Yahweh ay napakabuti; matibay na kanlungan sa panahon ng kaguluhan. Mga nananalig sa kanya’y kanyang inaalagaan.

耶 和 華 本 為 善 ， 在 患 難 的 日 子 為 人 的 保 障 ， 並 且 認 得 那 些 投 靠 他 的 人 。

Napakabuti ni Yahweh, Siya’y kanlungan sa panahon ng kagipitan; tinatangkilik niya ang napaaampon sa kanya.
