James 1:19-20

Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, for man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires.

每個人都該快快地聽，不急於發言、不急於動怒， 20 因為人的憤怒不能成就神的義。

Maging alisto kayo sa pakikinig, maingat sa pagsasalita at hindi agad nagagalit. 20 Dahil ang galit ng tao ay hindi nakakatulong upang magawa kung ano ang ayon sa kalooban ng Diyos.

我親愛的弟兄們，你們應當知道：每個人都該快快地聽，不急於發言、不急於動怒，  因為人的憤怒不能成就神的義。

Mga kapatid kong minamahal, unawain ninyo ito: maging alisto kayo sa pakikinig, dahan-dahan sa pagsasalita at huwag agad magagalit. Dahil ang galit ay hindi nakakatulong upang ang tao’y maging kalugud-lugod sa paningin ng Diyos.
