1 John 4:9

This is how God showed His love among us:  He sent His one and only Son into the world that we might live through Him.

神差派了自己的獨生子到世上來，好使我們能藉著他而活；如此，屬神的愛就在我們裡面顯明了。

 Inihayag ng Diyos ang kanyang pag-ibig sa atin nang isugo niya sa mundo ang kanyang kaisa-isang Anak upang magkaroon tayo ng buhay sa pamamagitan niya.

But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His name.

但這些事被記下來，是要你們相信耶穌就是基督、是神的兒子；並且使你們因著信，就奉他的名有生命。

Ang mga nakatala rito ay isinulat upang kayo’y sumampalataya na si Jesus ang Cristo, ang Anak ng Diyos, at upang magkaroon kayo ng buhay sa pamamagitan niya.

 我 必 將 我 的 靈 放 在 你 們 裡 面 ，

你 們 就 要 活 了 。

“Hihingahan ko kayo upang kayo’y mabuhay…”

The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you are spirit and they are life.

賜人生命的是靈，肉體沒有什麼用。我對你們說的話就是靈，就是生命。

Ang Espiritu ang siyang nagbibigay buhay. Walang napapakinabangan ang laman. Ang mga salitang sinasabi ko sa inyo ay espiritu at buhay.

 我 必 將 我 的 靈 放 在 你 們 裡 面 ，

你 們 就 要 活 了 。

“Hihingahan ko kayo upang kayo’y mabuhay…”

¹⁰ 盜賊來，無非是要偷竊、宰殺、毀滅；

而我來是要他們得生命，並且得的更豐盛。
