John 15:12-14
My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command.

你 們 要 彼 此 相 愛 ， 像 我 愛 你 們 一 樣 ； 這 就 是 我 的 命 令 。 人 為 朋 友 捨 命 ， 人 的 愛 心 沒 有 比 這 個 大 的 。 你 們 若 遵 行 我 所 吩 咐 的 ， 就 是 我 的 朋 友 了 。

Ito ang aking utos: magmahalan kayo gaya ng pagmamahal ko sa inyo.  Ang pinakadakilang pag-ibig na maaaring taglayin ng sinuman para sa kanyang mga kaibigan ay ang ialay ang kanyang buhay para sa kanila.  Kayo'y mga kaibigan ko kung tinutupad ninyo ang aking mga utos.

Luke 6:35-36

But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.

35 不過你們要愛你們的敵人，要善待人；借出去，不指望任何償還。這樣，你們的報償就大了，而且你們將成為至高者的兒女，因為他以仁慈待那些忘恩負義和邪惡的人。 36 你們要仁慈，正如你們的父是仁慈的。

35 Sa halip, mahalin ninyo ang inyong mga kaaway at gumawa kayo ng mabuti sa kanila. Magpahiram kayo na hindi umaasa ng anumang kabayaran. Sa gayon, malaking gantimpala ang tatamuhin ninyo, at kayo'y magiging mga anak ng Kataas-taasang Diyos. Sapagkat siya'y mabuti kahit sa masasama at sa mga hindi marunong magpasalamat. 36 Maging mahabagin kayo tulad ng inyong Ama na mahabagin.”

1 John 3:23

And this is His command: to believe in the name of His Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as He commanded us.”

神 的 命 令 就 是 叫 我 們 信 他 兒 子 耶 穌 基 督 的 名 ， 且 照 他 所 賜 給 我 們 的 命 令 彼 此 相 愛 。

At ito ang kanyang utos, na sumampalataya tayo sa pangalan ng kanyang Anak na si Jesu-Cristo, at magmahalan sa isa't isa, tulad ng ibinigay niyang utos sa atin.

1 Thessalonians 5:8

But since we belong to the day, let us be self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet.

但我們既然屬於白晝，就讓我們謹慎，以信與愛做為護胸甲穿上，以救恩的盼望做為頭盔戴上。

Ngunit dahil tayo'y sa panig ng araw, dapat maging matino ang ating pag-iisip. Isuot natin ang baluti ng pananampalataya at pag-ibig, at isuot ang helmet ng pag-asa sa pagliligtas na gagawin sa atin ng Diyos.

Luke 6:27-28

But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat  you.

Subalit sinasabi ko sa inyong mga nakikinig sa akin: Mahalin ninyo ang inyong mga kaaway at gawan ng mabuti ang mga napopoot sa inyo.  Pagpalain ninyo ang sumusumpa sa inyo at ipanalangin ang mga nang-aapi sa inyo.

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.

Ibigin mo ang Panginoon mong Diyos nang buong puso mo, buong kaluluwa mo, at buong pag-iisip mo.

Ephesians 5:1-2

Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children ²and live a life of love,

just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

所以，做為蒙愛的兒女，你們要效法神； ² 要在愛中行事^[a]，就像基督也愛了我們，為我們捨棄了自己，做供物和祭物獻給神，成為馨香的氣味。

2 John 6

 And this is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love.

我們要按照他的命令行事，這就是愛；你們要照著你們從起初所聽見的在其中行事，這就是命令。

Ito ang kahulugan ng pag-ibig na binabanggit ko: mamuhay tayo nang ayon sa mga kalooban ng Diyos.  Ito ang utos na ibinigay sa inyo noon pang una: mamuhay kayo sa diwa ng pag-ibig.

¹⁶This is how we know what love is:

Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.

¹⁸Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue, but with actions and in truth.

John 13:34-35

A new command I give you: Love one another.  As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 

By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.

我給你們一條新的命令：就是要你們彼此相愛，就如我愛你們，為要使你們也彼此相愛。 ³⁵ 如果你們彼此之間有了愛，眾人從這一點就會知道你們是我的門徒了。

Isang bagong utos ang ibinibigay ko sa inyo ngayon, mag-ibigan kayo! Kung paano ko kayong inibig, gayundin naman, mag-ibigan kayo.  Kung kayo’y mag-iibigan, makikilala ng lahat na kayo’y mga alagad ko.
