Luke 24:49 I am going to send you what my Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high. 我 要 將 我 父 所 應 許 的 降 在 你 們 身 上 ， 你 們 要 在 城 裡 等 候 ， 直 到 你 們 領 受 從 上 頭 來 的 能 力 。 Tandaan ninyo, isusugo ko sa inyo ang ipinangako ng aking Ama, kaya't huwag kayong aalis sa Jerusalem hangga't hindi kayo napagkakalooban ng kapangyarihang mula sa langit.

Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; a man’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions.” 接著耶穌對他們說：「你們要注意，要提防一切貪心，因為一個人的生命不在於他財產的豐厚。」 At sinabi niya sa kanilang lahat, “Mag-ingat kayo sa lahat ng uri ng kasakiman; sapagkat ang buhay ng tao ay wala sa dami ng kanyang kayamanan.”
