  要警醒禱告，免得陷入試探。你們心靈雖然願意，肉體卻是軟弱的。

 Magbantay kayo at manalangin upang huwag kayong mapasok sa tukso. Ang espiritu nga ay nagnanais ngunit ang katawan ay mahina.

所有勞苦和背負重擔的人哪，到我這裡來吧！我將使你們得到安息。

Kayong lahat na napapagal at nabibigatang lubha, pumarito kayo sa akin at bibigyan ko kayo ng kapahingahan.

  同樣，你們的光也應當照耀在人前，使他們看見你們的美好工作，就榮耀你們在天上的父。

Sa ganitong paraan pagliwanagin ninyo ang inyong ilawan sa harap ng mga tao upang makita nila ang inyong mabubuting gawa. Sa gayon ay luluwalhatiin nila ang inyong Ama na nasa langit.
