1 Thessalonians 4:7-8

For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life. Therefore, he who rejects this instruction does not reject man but God, who gives you his Holy Spirit.

7 要知道，神召喚我們，不是要我們沾染汙穢，而是要我們分別為聖。 8 因此，那拒絕這吩咐的，不是拒絕人，而是拒絕神——就是將他的聖靈賜給你們的那一位。

Luke 21:17-19

All men will hate you because of me.  But not a hair of your head will perish.  By standing firm you will gain life.

你們要為我的名被衆人恨惡, 然而,你們連一根頭髮也必不損壞. 你們常存忍耐, 就必保全靈魂.

Kapopootan kayo ng lahat dahil sa akin, ngunit hindi mawawala ni isang hibla ng inyong buhok. Sa inyong pagtitiis ay tatamuhin ninyo ang buhay na walang hanggan.

Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.

你們要時刻警醒、禱告，使你們能夠逃避這一切將要發生的事，好站立在人子面前。」
